Twilight Hours : Child Of God – Steam Video Game Concept

DESCRIPTION:

Concept Brief
“Twilight hours: The child of God” is a game of storytelling (VISUAL NOVEL) in which players become the main character in the stories and choose the right answer to proceed with the story. The players can get a piece of memory when they clear a chapter and the total number of pieces of memory is four. They can peek into the main character’s forgotten memories using a piece of memory they get after a chapter clear. It is a format that is easily accessible to people with prejudices with a variety of social issues, and will be treated very carefully for reasons that are game with sensitive topics. Also, I will make these well into the story, so players will be able to proceed with the game without any inconvenience.

Context (setting)
The overall way the game is played: Humans inevitably have extremely excited situations or are bound to make emotional choices without being rational at various crossroads. The organ of emotion was based on the story of the ‘bad ending’ of mentally broken characters, and the goal of the players is to help them not make the ‘wrong choice’.
*Default Settings for Stories : The background was set based on Korea’s 21st century and anachronistic culture, with the addition of the modern fantasy genre.

Content (text)
Why do we feel emotions? Is it a gift from God that things with egos can feel emotions or is everything a naturally developed brain performance as it evolves, and is it also a biological device designed for survival, that we developed for survival? I interpreted all the problems and issues that arise in society as a result of a combination of numerous emotions that humans can feel. Every story I’ve written involves issues of life, death and emotions. I wanted to deal with these problems by showing how much the complex problems of emotions have a direct influence on society, how they will affect the characters, and what consequences will occur in the story.
